It is a pleasant oil, complex, and with medium fruitiness.
This oil is predominant in green (grass and leaves) aromas.
On the palate it is very pleasant, it has a persistent bitterness and taste, and a noticeable spiciness.
Like all oils belonging to Italian varieties, it combines perfectly with pasta, rice and white meat.
